# Companion worksheet instructions

Import CSVs into Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet application. Formula cells start with = and are intentional calculation formulas. Enable formula interpretation for these supplied files. Do not paste untrusted external text as executable formulas. Blank inputs are not validated business assumptions. Replace every relevant blank and confirm the quote or operating rule before relying on totals. Percent inputs use decimals (0.2 means 20%). Money is USD unless explicitly stated.

The HCM economics sheet uses invented inputs and steady-state contribution. It excludes ramp, financing, taxes and other omitted costs; account for these in an investment decision. Blank adoption is not evidence of demand.

This example assumes customer-billable and provider-billable worker populations are the same. If your packaging differs, calculate provider-billable usage separately and replace the provider-cost formula with that count multiplied by the provider rate. Add minimums and fixed provider fees where applicable.
