# Integration workbook instructions

The mapping CSV is a business specification, not a provider import schema. Replace proposed names with tested fields only after agreeing on the route, permissions, record support, and owner.

Acceptance examples describe the final state after each scenario. Each starts from the two obligations totaling $1,200 ($750 East plus $450 West). Test NS-002 replays an event against the already-created bills. It must not add $750. NS-003 includes correction of the rejected West mapping. NS-004 does not prescribe journal entries; finance must approve return and replacement treatment without recording a second service cost.

Record actual results and reviewer only after execution. Blank fields don't imply tests passed. Run tests in the agreed non-production environment. Retain event IDs, destination IDs, amounts, entity, and evidence references separately from sensitive fields.
