# Worksheet instructions

These files contain a blank template and synthetic worked example. They are planning records, not a payment import specification. Import IDs as text and preserve leading zeros. Amounts are USD. Keep bank details, tax identifiers, patient data, customer addresses, and confidential source content out of these files. Store evidence in an access-controlled system and use references here.

The example uses invented rates and agreements. Replace them with your approved terms, due dates, authority rules, and legal requirements. No formulas or external links execute in these CSVs. Calculate values in your controlled working copy and validate totals before relying on them.

## Partial acceptance

One row represents one work-order component or a separately identified split quantity. Scope V1 covers the yard service. V2 authorizes up to 10 cubic yards of debris removal and materials up to $90 in the synthetic agreement. The eight accepted cubic yards and two pending cubic yards share work order WO-420 but have different component IDs. Together they represent the original 10-yard submission, not 18 or 20 yards.

Submitted amount totals $672. Approved amounts total $602: $240 + $280 + $82. Pending amount totals $70. On every row, submitted = approved + pending for this example; rejected amounts would need a separate documented field in a live implementation.

The $82 receipt is within the illustrative $90 materials cap. The cap is not an amount to pay automatically. All approved components are unpaid at this snapshot. If the pending two yards are accepted, create the authorized $70 obligation from WO420-D2 without resubmitting the $602 already committed or paid. Preserve the prior review history.

Pending is a decision state, not legal permission to withhold. Use due dates that satisfy your actual terms and legal obligations. Retain client reimbursement decisions separately from contractor obligations. Verify the operational vendor code maps to the authorized legal payee before consolidating lines.
